Worship Pastor
NLCC is seeking a passionate, spiritually grounded, and musically gifted Worship Pastor to lead our congregation in Christ-centered, engaging worship experiences. This individual will provide spiritual leadership to the worship ministry, develop volunteers, and partner with church leadership to cultivate a culture of worship that honors God and builds the body of Christ. The Worship Pastor is both a shepherd and a musician, called to disciple people and to create environments where the church encounters God through worship.
